Reservations
The Black Cultural Center has meeting rooms to help provide for the meeting and programming needs of the campus community. The Black Cultural Center can accommodate groups, depending upon the configuration requested, ranging from 5 to 120 people (108 if catered event). In addition, a number of event support services are available including catering, audio-visual equipment rental, telecommunications, and computer services to help our guests present a quality event.

The exception to this is: University Departments and Organizations (including Student Organizations) may not reserve space for standard weekly meetings until after November 1 st for the spring semester and after April 1 st for the summer and fall semesters. (This is done to allow time for the scheduling of special events.)
